four dead in a pool of water

The accident occurred on Saturday evening. Four children enter a farm with a water basin intended for collecting irrigation water. The first child falls into the pool. The second child tries to save him, but he also slips and drowns. The third tries to help them, but he also loses his life. Immediately, their fourth companion rushed to the victims’ home to alert their mother. She arrives on the scene and tries to save these children. She in turn falls and drowns due to the depth of the pool and its inclined walls.

Informed, the local authorities, elements of the Royal Gendarmerie and Civil Protection services arrived at the scene of the tragedy. An in-depth investigation was opened, under the instructions of the competent public prosecutor’s office, to determine the exact circumstances of the incident. As for the remains of the victims, they were transported to the morgue.
