Switzerland has just experienced its coldest night of winter

The thermometer fell to its lowest level so far during the night from Friday to Saturday, particularly in the cantons of Neuchâtel and Uri.

The night from Friday to Saturday was the coldest of the winter so far. The thermometer dropped to -31.1 degrees in La Brévine (NE) and -25 degrees in Andermatt (UR).

Frost was also present in the plains, although moderate, according to the meteorological service Meteonews. In Bischofszell (TG), we reached almost -10 degrees.
