XALIMANEWS: For a week a controversy has arisen on social networks concerning a sum of 108 million CFA Francs which served as an aid fund intended for victims of the demonstrations. On this, MP Amadou Ba was questioned on the issue so that he could provide clarification on this expense.
Controversy recently emerged on social media regarding the aid fund for victims of the protests. According to information, 108 million CFA francs were released by the State in this context.
During an intervention on TFM, the MP for Pastef, Amadou Ba, provided clarification on this expense.
“It’s a controversy that didn’t even need to exist. The Prime Minister had announced a fund of Five billion to help those affected by the demonstrations.. . In this fund 108 million was disbursed pending report from the commission. This money was used to take care of urgent cases. », reveals Amadou Ba
