An announcement that concerns agricultural professionals. This Monday December 23, Vincent Robertiprefect of Tarn-et-Garonne, communicated the opening date of the compensation procedures for agricultural disasters and the National Solidarity Compensation (ISN).
From January 6, 2025
According to the information revealed by the Tarn-et-Garonnais prefect, these procedures will open from January 6, 2025.
For the agricultural calamitieswill be concerned:
- l’root asphyxiation of fruit plants following excess water from October 15, 2023 to June 30, 2024 throughout the department
- THE ground damage in the municipalities of Lafrançaise, Montpezat-de-Querçy and Nègrepelisse
For the crop lossesthe ISN will apply for the following disasters:
- related to excess water from October 2023 to June 2024 across the entire department forarboriculture : apricot, cherry, hazelnut and apple (russeting); large crops : soft wheat, durum wheat, triticale, rye, barley; L’beekeeping
- linked to thunderstorms from May 7 to 18, 2024 in the communes of Albias, Honor de Cos and Nègrepelisse forarboriculture : cherry and pear
- related to the frost of spring 2024 for the vat viticulture for the municipalities of Donzac, Labastide Saint Pierre, Nohic and Vaïssac; THE wine grapes of Muscat variety for the commune of Montauban
Files to be returned before February 7, 2025
During his speech, Vincent Roberti made it clear that all the files will be completed by the farmers affected by this damage and returned to the Departmental Territorial Directorate (DDT), located in Montauban, before February 7, 2025.
