A family business of festive catering and hospitality founded by Margaux MONTEL and Jean-Baptiste GRAVIER, we are present in the Alps with emblematic establishments such as La Folie Douce Alpe d'Huez, La Folie Douce St-Gervais-Megève! ?????

For 3 years we have been working on the creation of our new brand, GRAND MESS, under the sign of celebration: a hotel, two restaurants, a bar club, a large patio which will open very soon in the city of Clermont!

Push the door of GRAND MESS, and your 5 senses will be awakened: a building with iconic architecture, interiors with very strong universes, the scent of gourmet dishes, musical sets to make the whole table dance and our bartenders who just waiting to taste their creations! ?

As part of EXTRA contracts, we are looking for m/f profiles to work at the bar and reception for a festive evening within our establishment on the evening of December 31, 2024.

Your missions will be very versatile:

* Monitor stock status, identify needs by stocking the bar and tidy up.
* Carry out the installation of products and materials according to the establishment's working procedures
* Greet customers and guide them
* Prepare drinks according to technical sheets
* Serve customers at the counter and in the room
* Carry out billing and collection of consumption
* Carry out glassware washing.

Hours: 4 p.m. – 1 a.m. (approximate duration)

* Beginners accepted.
* Neat dress, good speech.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Discretion.
* Courtesy and diplomacy
* Punctuality, diligence, taste for a job well done
