No less than 22 Senegalese abroad killed in 2024, their identity revealed by HSF

The organization Horizon Sans Frontières (HSF), led by Boubacar Sèye, published a list of Senegalese living abroad who died in suspicious circumstances in 2024.

According to HSF, no less than 22 Senegalese nationals lost their lives in conditions described as deplorable. The most recent case concerns Pape Faye, a Senegalese man shot and killed last Thursday in the Kayes region, Mali.

This drama adds to a series of tragic deaths, notably that of Amadou Woury Diallo. The latter, aged 29 and originally from Medina Yoro Foula, died after being thrown from a six-story building in Algeria.
