This Friday, December 20, the new face of the Nancy CHRU was unveiled by Arnaud Vanneste, general director of the CHRU, alongside architects from the Michel Beauvais Associés agency.
During this event, Mathieu Kleinmayor of Nancy and president of the Greater Nancy Metropolis, made announcements concerning the offer to go to the Brabois site.
Explanations.
A new bus line
To make the Brabois hospital site more accessible, when the tramway was suspended for the future trolleybus line, the Brabois Express line had been put into service, at the start of the city center, station area.
Indeed, “this line, which was to disappear with the arrival of the trolleybus (scheduled for April 5), will finally be maintained and will integrate the Stan network. It will become line 18,” explains Mathieu Klein.
This was voted on during the metropolitan council on Thursday, December 19.
Work on a highway
And for the city councilor, with a investment of this magnitude, questions of accessibility also arise for cars.
“A new interchange will be studied in 2025we must guarantee better access to the hospital,” he continues. “A new hospital for a new interchange. »
If this is the case, work will be required on the A33 motorway.
