The community of municipalities had committed to creating an Espace France services before the end of the year.
On Wednesday, December 18, several partners discovered the improvements made in less than three months in the former premises of the Tax Office.
This visit, organized before the signing of the partners’ commitment protocols, provided the opportunity to recall that the Espaces France services were created as part of the reform of Public Services aimed at strengthening the accessibility of essential services to all. citizens, particularly in rural areas and territories far from large urban centers.
It is in fact a one-stop shop providing access to numerous services. This role was entrusted to Nathalie and Charlotte who were trained to help and advise users in their procedures or in need of information in the following areas: taxes, justice and rights, daily life, health, retirement, social actions and housing .
Which they will also be able to do on site thanks to the availability of partner delegates. With the added possibility of being assisted in the use of IT tools to access the Internet.
Strengthen the attractiveness of the territory
“And this, in a functional and pleasant environment”, recognized the partners and guests before meeting at the headquarters of the CCBJC for the signing of the documents sealing the partnerships with the judicial court, the departmental directorate of public finances and the MSA. “These commitments are the culmination of a collective approach,” underlined Denis Devallois (public prosecutor), Alain Solary (departmental director of public finances), Eric Petit (president of the MSA) and of course Jean-Marc Fèvre for whom the challenge was to open such a local multi-card service to residents and thus strengthen the attractiveness of the region. “A territory where life is good,” added Denis Devallois, recalling that the hotlines will be, as in Chaumont, Langres and Saint-Dizier, provided by a delegate of the prosecutor at the France services space for acts of justice proximity.
For Bertrand Ollivier, it is obviously an added attraction for the region.
An opinion shared by the sub-prefect of Saint-Dizier who also recognized the ability of elected officials and representatives of public services to work together.
