A real estate development subsidiary of Bouygues Construction, Linkcity is looking for project leaders wishing to occupy these strategic spaces. “The Hôtel-Dieu is preparing to write a new chapter and is launching a call for projects to make it a dynamic and innovative space,” we can read in a press release. “This is a unique opportunity for restaurateurs, merchants and event creators wishing to participate in this excitement.”

Three of the cells (153 m², 116 m², 83 m²) are intended to accommodate restaurants, each with a covered and outdoor terrace. A large space of 345 m² in a chapel is also being sold. It will be intended to host unique cultural or event projects open to all. Finally, a final premises of 80 m² should accommodate a business “with an activity aligned with the spirit of the place”.

Rehabilitation

Started in 2017, the rehabilitation of the Hôtel-Dieu continues at good pace with the upcoming delivery of the reclassified historic part. It is within this space that the cells currently sold will be located. The historic block will also house the new premises of the microbrewery and the restaurant The Roof & Origines which will move next spring. A 2,800 m² coworking space will also be set up with a breathtaking view of the cloister and the bell tower. A hostel with around 250 beds is also planned in this part of the building.
