Gender equality course
Friday January 31, 2025
Despite statutory provisions, the Civil Service is not spared from inequalities in treatment between women and men (access to employment, training, mobility and promotion, etc.). It is not no longer spared from violence in the workplace. The internship will be an opportunity to take stock of inequalities in National Education and the Civil Service, but also to take stock of employer obligations and union progress achieved. The second part of the internship will be an opportunity to address the fight against violence in the workplace, harassment and sexist or sexual violence in the workplace: Better understand them, identify them, denounce them, put an end to them. This course will be led by the sector manager at the national SNES.
Special Internship Course: season 2! : tenure, intra-movement, career
Friday March 21, 2025
The result of the inter transfers will be known on March 12, 2025. You will have to make your intra wishes a few days later! Each academy has its calendar and its own circular. However, the general rules remain the same, very complex everywhere. To help you make your wishes, the SNES-FSU invites you to a union internship. This will also be an opportunity to take stock with you of your year of training and your future tenure, the deadlines of which are approaching, and to discuss the major stages of your career. Like every year, we will make sure to schedule a video in the afternoon with one of the Ile de France academies.

“Prepare for your career meeting” course
Wednesday June 11, 2025 (morning) in Poitiers
Prepare for your career appointment? If PPCR allows a greater disconnect between assessment and career progression, a career meeting remains an important moment for staff. It is important to prepare for this. How to prepare for it? What are the deadlines after the career meeting? What are the challenges for advancement? What are the prospects for promotion in a career? Promotion to senior class? Exceptional class? Access to the body of aggregates? Experience shows that too many colleagues are harmed in their careers because they are not fully aware of their rights.
