Once upon a time… the end of year celebrations in Saint-Denis! Decorated with its most beautiful lights and animated by festive events, the Dionysian city becomes the scene of a warm and friendly atmosphere. A rich and diverse calendar awaits young and old, to shine the living spaces of the city center and Barachois. Capital city, Saint-Denis thus asserts itself as a festive, dynamic and attractive city, where everyone will find what they are looking for through the events.
On the program? Highlights for all audiences, coupled with economic and cultural activities. “Since the start of the year, we have been present alongside associations and economic players to revitalize the city center,” underlines Yassine Mangrolia, elected official in charge of the economy. Today, there are nearly 800 players who bring this city center to life. »
And the festivities began this Wednesday, December 18, with the inauguration of the craft market, located rue Léopold Rambaud. Open since December 7, this new economic location helps revitalize the east and the seafront of Saint-Denis.

For its part, the Union of Dionysian Traders (UCD) and its partners are offering to win the new Citroën C3, as well as a rich program. Since December 18, businesses have remained open until 7 p.m., and there will be an exceptional late night event on December 21 until 10 p.m. A big Christmas parade will also delight families.
– Rides and Christmas village –
Since December 13, the Christmas rides, installed on the Barachois, have opened their doors between 1 p.m. to midnight, offering a moment of pleasure for the whole family. They will be present until December 23. At the same time, a Christmas Village will welcome more than 100 artisans on December 21, 22 and 23.

Le Carré Cathédrale will meet on December 22 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. for a festive day, where around a hundred exhibitors will bring the Christmas spirit to life in the neighborhood.
– BBQ Party: a first at Les Longères –
For the first time, Saint-Denis is hosting the BBQ Party, in partnership with VnB, located on Longère 2. This event, dedicated to sharing and cooking, will take place on the seafront on December 21 from noon to 9 p.m.
