Around ten town hall secretaries were graduated by Adico in Beauvais (Oise) on December 9. An “essential” function for communities.
Monday December 9, 12 new town hall secretaries were graduated by l’Adicothe association for the development and digital innovation of communities, Beauvaisafter 42 days of training and three weeks of internship.
This training was also created ago 12 years by structure following a request for the agglomeration of Compiègne. However, this graduation will be the last for l’Adico since it is the last time that the association supervises this learning, not without nostalgia. “In 12 years, we have trained between 300 and 350 town hall secretaries. It’s an essential function for a community and I know what I’m talking about,” underlines Sylvain Le Chatton, president of Adico but also mayor of Liancourt Saint-Pierre.
The town councilor illustrates his point: “For almost a year, I did not have a secretary for medical reasons, there have never been so many things to correct or correct.” If this training is no longer provided by Adico, it will still exist and will be provided by the management center for the public and territorial service of Oise.
