While an order restricting the sale of alcohol has just been issued in the Place Garibaldi area to curb nuisance, a feeling of insecurity persists elsewhere in the old town. The town hall is demanding “more firmness” from the State.

And to conclude:“We must show firmness since Old Nice is the lungs of our city”. Referring to the presence of cameras, the City’s “mister security” also mentioned an intensification of the presence of the municipal police.
