Noue district (/): public inquiry

The so-called “La Noue” district in and will experience a phase of profound urban renewal in the coming years. A public inquiry is opened on this occasion as part of the environmental assessment procedure.

From January 20, 2025 to February 24, 2025 inclusive, take part in a public inquiry relating to the “La Noue” urban renewal project in Bagnolet and Montreuil as part of the environmental assessment procedure, presented by the territorial public establishment Est Ensemble ( execution of territorial decree No. A2024_1631 dated 01/08/2024).

The territorial public establishment Est Ensemble (EPT) is designated as the authority responsible for coordinating the organization of the survey and centralizing the results.
The file, submitted to the investigation, consists in particular of the environmental assessment file and its annexes as filed with the environmental authority, the results of the consultation, its deliberation and its annexes, in the opinion of the environmental authority, the memorandum in response to the remarks of the environmental authority and its annexes, the opinion of the departmental council and the memorandum in response to its remarks, draft files for the creation of the Concerted Development Zone of the “La Noue-Clos Français à Montreuil” operation and the Project Declaration for the “La Noue – Bagnolet” operation, the summary of the texts which govern the public inquiry and the procedure specific to the public inquiry in question.

Throughout the duration of the investigation, the documents in the file and an investigation register will be made available to the public on the days and hours of normal opening:

Four hours will be provided by Ms. Sylvie MARTIN, investigating commissioner, appointed by the administrative court of Montreuil for the duration of the investigation to receive observations and possible written or oral proposals from the public:

Bagnolet town hall (address see above): Monday February 10, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Monday February 24, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Administrative town hall of Montreuil – Tour Altais (address see above): Thursday February 20, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
