The France services advisors from the districts of Saint-Dizier and Chaumont met a few days ago in Bayard-sur-Marne. The morning was dedicated to local actors in justice and access to the law: several professionals and volunteers came to present their missions during an intervention coordinated by the Departmental Committee for Access to the Law (CDAD). This was also an opportunity to discover the new “France service” of Bayard-sur-Marne, supported by the municipality, which opened its doors to the public on November 25. The two advisors, Céline and Mylena, support users with their online administrative procedures (taxes, application for an identity card, modification of registration document, preparation for retirement).
The France services system was launched in 2020 and is subsidized by the State. The operators of France services, such as the commune of Bayard-sur-Marne, thus received €45,000 in state subsidies for the operation of each of these local services in 2024. Today, the Haute -Marne is completely covered with 18 “France services” and 22 reception points which offer support for everyday procedures within 20 minutes of each resident.
