Box office: 10,843 spectators in three weeks for “Moiana 2” in Quimper cinemas

“Moana 2” confirms its status as leader at the Quimper box office at the end of the week of December 11 to 17, with 1,678 additional entries on the counter, or 10,843 in three weeks of operation. “En fanfare” (608 entries) remains in second place for the third time in a row. “Vingt Dieux”, a new release, completes the top three with 565 entries. Down one rank, “Conclave” (553 entries, including 71 in original version) is now fourth. “Gladiator II” (423 spectators, 6,502 in five weeks) completes the first third of the Top 15.

The first results of “Never without my psychiatrist” (415 entries), sixth, are modest. The same goes for “The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim”, ninth with 236 entries (including 60 in original version) and “Saint-Ex”, thirteenth with 130 spectators.

The other new releases do not appear in the Top 15: “Les Femmes au balcon” (96 entries) and “Daft Punk & Leiji Matsumoto’s Interstella 5555” (58).

8,353 spectators (6,059 at Cinéville, 2,294 at Katorza) were recorded in the city’s cinemas. A score down by around 15% compared to the score from December 4 to 10.
