The 70 CFA employees then went on stage while images of events organized during the year, often inspired by the Olympics, were broadcast on the screens. “It’s a way of honoring the values that are dear to us. : team spirit, solidarity and mutual aid“, underlined Nathalie Ferrier.
The CFA construction price of progression and excellence in terms of know-how and interpersonal skills (read box) was then presented, preceding the long parade of CAP, BP, BAC pro and BTS, in each of the professional areas by Mathieu Bilokopytoff of the Ain Construction Federation and Valérie Brevet of the Capeb 01.
Each time, the companies mobilized to participate in the training of young people received a well-deserved tribute highlighting the commitment and availability of the teams involved in the training courses.
Another reward, the merit scholarship + of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region was handed over to Youssouf Sanoh and Brice Perrin. As for Nino Marret and Nicolas Rivaux, they were congratulated for their regional bronze medal won in the competition Best Apprentices in France.
Still in the register of special prizes awarded during the morning, the professional title of carpenter manufacturer of wood and derivativestraining supported by the Region and initiated at the request of the Fibois inter-professional association and Capeb.

- Fluid category: the 2024 prize went to Jordan Bouyon, Antoine Guichard and Burhan Gunes.
- Among electricians, the prize was awarded to Evan Meyer-Berger.
- In masonry: Brice Perrin, Quentin Guillot and Damien Billecocq.
- Finishing pole: Bruno-Miguel Fortuna-Gingao, Lilou Berthoud, Killian Bérodier, Samuel Tho, Mathias Champier, Manon Maréchal, Gabriel Maire and Axel Vukadin were rewarded.
- Public works: the prize went to Alison Poyeton, Evan de Matos, Esteban Chanel, Mathieu Viennet, Dorian Bois and Enzo Uccellotti.
