After having mentioned this summer the rebirth of UJAP Badminton thanks to the arrival of experienced players, it is the turn of the young UJAP players to shine this month of December. With 26 registered for the Quimperlé Circuit, such enthusiasm among young people from Quimperlé had not been observed for at least ten years. And the results are there! The young people return with very encouraging performances: six finals won and four finalist places. Certainly, no victory in series 1, but successes in series 2 and 3 demonstrate constant progress, great motivation and a real desire. Enough to reinforce current training and encourage its continuation.
Here are the results of the finals won:
– Benjamin 2 : Noah BRELIVET beats Emmanuel PRIOUR de Trégunc (15/13 – 15/13)
– Minimum 2 : Baptiste GAIN beats Timéo KERYER of PLRK (15/10 – 09/15 – 15/11)
– Cadet 2 : Livio HAMON bat Pol LABORDE of the UJAP (09/15 – 15/13 – 15/11)
– Cadet 3 : Pierre LEGRAND beats Alexandre VENDOMELE from Quimperlé (15/12 – 15/08)
– Junior 2 : Lilian OLLIVIER beats Timéo GUENNOC of PLRK (08/15 – 07/15)
– Junior 3 : Théo ADRIX beats Thibaud L’HELGUEN of the UJAP (15/04 – 12/15 – 15/10)
In addition to these victories, Clémence MILLIER in cadet 2 and Camille LEBERRE-MOREAU in junior 1 also reached the final.
UJAP Jeunes thus ends the year on a very positive note. These excellent results can only encourage the coaching staff and, above all, motivate the players by proving to them that work pays off. These promising performances bode well for the Finistère Youth Championship in Ploudalmézeau at the beginning of January. An important step not to be missed for young badistas in training.
