This Wednesday, December 18, 2024, the General Directorate of Meteorology communicated the minimum and maximum temperatures forecast across Morocco. Temperatures will vary by region, with relatively cool values in mountainous areas and milder values in coastal and southern areas.
- In the north of the country, mild temperatures are expected, with minimums around 5°C in Oujda and maximums reaching 20°C. In Tangier and Rabat, maximum temperatures will oscillate around 22°C to 24°C.
- In Casablanca and El Jadida, it will be a little warmer with maximum temperatures varying between 23°C and 24°C.
- In interior and mountainous regions like Ifrane, minimum temperatures will be cooler, around 4°C, while maximums will not exceed 19°C.
- The southern regions, such as Agadir and Laâyoune, will benefit from pleasant temperatures with maximums between 24°C and 26°C. Dakhla and Smara will also experience relatively mild temperatures, around 22°C to 24°C.
- Finally, Lagouira, the hottest region of the day, will record maximum temperatures reaching 29°C.
This Wednesday, Morocco will experience a diversity of temperatures ranging from cool to moderate, with coastal areas benefiting from milder conditions and cooler inland areas.
