A key player in the social and solidarity economy (ESS) in the West, the Estille Group is raising €1.8 million. The objective? Consolidate activities, strengthen social inclusion actions and accelerate the development of circular economy and ecological transition projects.

Created in 2022 by the merger of Soltiss and Envie 44, two pioneering structures of economic integration in Pays de la Loire, the Estille Group today brings together seventeen subsidiaries and 825 employees, including 516 on an inclusive path. Its scope covers various sectors, from temporary employment to environmental management. « This fundraising allows us to consolidate what we have built over the last three years and to strengthen the organic development of our activities to better meet the needs of our territories”underlines Dominique Fièvre, general director of the group. “Concretely,” he specifies, “this money will cover working capital needs, finance material and intangible investments and support our permanent teams in their social mission. »

This operation marks the entry of Phitrust as a new financial partner and also benefits from the support of the group’s historic partners, Océan Participations and France Active.
With a turnover of €30 million in 2023 and more than ten thousand people supported towards autonomy since its creation, the Estille Group continues its growth. A second fundraising is already planned for 2025 to increase this momentum.
