The weekend of December 14 and 15, twelve players from Yonnais of the Ultimate Fus’Yon Club, participated in the French Indoor Mixed Ultimate Cup for those under 20.

They picked up a silver medal against the undefeated team of the tournamentthe Salamanders of Courtry (77).

8th French club in terms of licensees

This mixed, self-refereeed sport is booming today with excellent results from French teams in various European and international competitions.

The Yonnais club Ultimate Fus’Yon, 8th French club in number of licenseeshas been investing for ten years in the high-level training of its young players.

Among the twelve players this weekend, seven were selected this summer for the French men’s, women’s or mixed teams.

The level of the eight teams qualified for this Coupe de France was very high, this second place is a very good result for our players.

It is a safe bet that these results will be a source of inspiration for all middle school students registered in the Ultimate sports section that the club has developed in partnership with Herriot College.
