Bradly Nadeau, from Saint-François-de-Madawaska, had barely arrived at the Team Canada junior camp when he was already in the spotlight.
In his first appearance on the ice, Monday morning, he drew praise from his new teammates.

Team Canada is fine-tuning its preparation at Petawawa, a military base in Ontario.
The hockey player from northwest New Brunswick was exempt from selection camp last week. His American League team (LAH), THE Wolves from Chicago, needed his services until Saturday.

After a long trip from Texas, where he played Saturday evening, Bradly Nadeau finally appeared Monday morning, to the great pleasure of Hockey Canada management.
The young 19-year-old striker is the only representative from the Atlantic and he is not there to make up the numbers.

As is his habit, Bradly Nadeau remains calm in the face of this praise.

There is a bit of pressure, due to the fact that his place on Team Canada was confirmed without even having to go through the selection camp process.

Monday, he played on a trio with Callus Ritchie et Easton Cowantwo first-round picks in 2023.
Tuesday, Bradly Nadeau participated in the power play drills.

Tribute for his father
On Saturday, the Haut-Madawaska Panthers paid tribute to his father, John, with the retirement of his jersey.
Bradly says he is proud of his father, a senior hockey star.

Growing up, I always watched my dad play senior hockey, in the community
he adds.
The young hockey player could not be present on site, but was able to see some videos and photos.
I didn’t miss anything, I followed it remotely
he said.
Now it’s his turn to shine.
