Delivery Manager F/M CITY OF Bagneux Hauts-de-Seine Full-time, Contractual

The central kitchen of the town of Bagneux distributes 6,500 meals per day (during school periods) for school canteens (nursery and elementary), nurseries and home delivery in Bagneux and Malakoff.

As a delivery manager, you will report to the city’s Catering Department. You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of meals to the establishments mentioned. You will also be responsible for development work to optimize meal deliveries in a logic of continuity of public service.
You will manage the team of delivery drivers and ensure that you maintain a working environment focused on the well-being of agents and continuity of service.

Missions :

• Organization and management of the “deliveries” sector (Planning, organization of routes, etc.)
• Optimization of the delivery circuit in a logic of continuity of service
• Management of the delivery team
• Management of the contract for the rental of refrigerated trucks
• Guarantee of the application of hygiene and safety rules
• Ensure daily deliveries to schools to replace agents who may be absent (vacation, illness, unforeseen absences, etc.)
• Planning sector activities and organizing tours
• Check the proper use of premises and equipment
• Ensure monitoring of the service contract, participate in the renewal of the market
• Lead meetings / briefings / working groups with agents around the activity
