The UM6SS celebrates its 10th anniversary: ​​a decade serving training and health

Inaugurated by His Majesty King Mohammed VIl’Mohammed VI University of Sciences and Health (UM6SS) has established itself as a pillar of the medical training and scientist in Morocco. As a private, non-profit establishment, its state-recognized diplomas attest to the quality of its programs and its commitment to training competent professionals.

In a decade, theUM6SS has developed a wide range of training, from medicine and pharmacy to biomedical engineering and nursing. With 45 initial training courses and 96 continuing training courses, it offers courses adapted to the current needs of the health sector.

In 2024, the opening of the Higher School of veterinary medicine further broadens its scope of action.

The university now has 587 teachers and welcomes 349 foreign students from 37 nationalities, a sign of its growing influence.

The UM6SS stands out for its integrated ecosystem combining theoretical and practical teaching, thanks to university hospitals, medical simulation centers and cutting-edge laboratories. This approach allows students to acquire the skills necessary to meet the challenges of the healthcare sector.
