The alert was given this Wednesday, December 11, 2024, shortly before 3 p.m. The body of this man was found floating near an annex, in the Gulf of Morbihan, in Arradon (Morbihan).
It concerns a 74-year-old resident of the town who had gone fishing a few hours earlier. His body was brought back by emergency services to the Arradon hold.
The gendarmerie, firefighters as well as the National Society of Sea Rescuers (SNSM), with its on-call crew, intervened on site.
The mayor of the town Pascal Barret was also present. He gave his support to the family of the deceased septuagenarian.
