The Christmas Makers Market became a unavoidable for those looking for original and ethical gifts. This event will run until December 22. This year, he left the Place de l'Hôtel-de-Ville to take over the Halles du Beffroi shopping arcade in Amiens. This move is the result of a shared desire: that of the exhibitors to leave the exterior for a covered space and to benefit from the advantages of a central, attractive and lively location.
A new space
The change of location for the Amiens Christmas Designers' Market is not just a simple logistical development. It is a real adaptation to the expectations of artisans and visitors. The market, traditionally installed outdoors, has therefore taken up residence in the Halles du Beffroi gallery, a closed space protected from the winter cold. This relocation was warmly welcomed by the director of the shopping center, who sees it as an excellent opportunity to attract more visitors, while providing a comfortable location for exhibitors.
With 22 places available each weekendartisans can now alternate their presence on a rotating basis, allowing visitors to discover new creations each week. This new format is offered from Friday to Sundaywith extended hours: the market is open until 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and until 5:30 p.m. on Sunday.
Unique creations
The Christmas Creators Market focuses on authenticity and originality. Exhibitors offer handmade objects, designed by passionate artisans. This year, 55 creators are presentincluding seven new ones, bringing a great diversity of know-how.
