Since its publication on social networks Tuesday December 10, 2024, the video has accumulated more than 800,000 views of disbelieving users. We see a woman break the window of a Bolt vehicle then hang on to the car while it restarts. An unreal scene that occurred in the 9th arrondissement of Paris. Contacted, the Bolt VTC platform indicates to Paris news that one internal investigation was opened.

The customer's account is permanently blocked

“Deeply shocked by the attack (of a) driver-partner, which occurred this Tuesday in the 9th arrondissement of Paris”, the Estonian platform confirms the facts and specifies that “out of respect for her private life, (she will) not disclose further details concerning this event” .

The mystery therefore remains over the minutes which preceded this scene and over the relationships between the visibly angry woman and the driver.

An internal investigation has been opened and the group claims to be cooperating with the authorities to shed light on the incident. Furthermore, Bolt adds that the account of the customer concerned was permanently blocked.
