The Buffalo Grill restaurant in the ZAC de Ther de Beauvais has had a makeover! THE ” new concept » of the brand has just been established in the oldest restaurant in the Oise of the chain specializing in grilled meats.

The establishment, which also celebrates its 30th anniversarybenefited from five weeks of work to be completely modernized, with a desire for the brand to better enable its customers to travel in the United States.

The modernized decoration, tables and benches

“What changes is this American atmosphere that we wanted to be more representative of America today »explains Alexandra Robert, marketing director of Buffalo Grill. “Our customers wanted to be taken into the great landscapes.”

As soon as you enter, sound effects transmitted by speakers project gourmets on a journey to the other side of the Atlantic. “A first in France at Buffalo,” we whisper.

Then, in the restaurant, the tables and seats were redesigned: for example, we see benches in (fake) cowhide or boxes decorated with windows and walls overlooking emblematic landscapes of the USlike Route 66, Las Vegas, Manhattan or San Francisco.

However, nothing changes on the map!

We wanted to create a sort of American road trip, where each table will give the impression of being seated somewhere in the United States. Our mission is to provide an entertaining experience that takes our customers out of their daily lives.

The first Buffalo was modernized in Oise

Some benches have simply been repainted, as have the “saloon doors” which serve as partitions. “Everything we could keep, we kept,” adds the marketing director. “ We kept the soul of Buffalo while modernizing it,” summarizes Dimitri Fremaux, the director of the Allonne restaurant.

To date, it is the only Buffalo Grill restaurant in Oise to benefit from this modernization, which the brand has been developing on a national scale “for a year and a half”. The others, located at Compiègne, Saint Maximin et Chamblywill be “in the years to come”.

But very close to Beauvais, this restaurant is presented by the brand as unique of its kind in France. Indeed, the Buffalo Grill in Allonne has a extension of your terrace outdoor area called “Venice Beach”, in reference to beaches in Los Angeles.

A space of 40 m² in pallets, assembled in 2023, equipped with garden benches and a small cabin for eating. A little corner “adored by the inhabitants of Beauvais”, underlines the restaurant director, which could well be duplicated in other regions.
