A second APEF agency for Betty and Nadège Peschet Couté
After the success of their first agency in Tours Centre, launched in August 2022, Betty and Nadège are continuing their entrepreneurial adventure. Drawing on her experience as a nurse and director of a retirement home, Betty joined forces with Nadège, an expert in medical secretarial and administrative management. Together, they offer a variety of services: help for seniorscleaning, ironing, child careDIY and gardening. “There is strong demand in this sector, and it is an area that is close to our hearts, because we have always worked in the medical, aid or social sectors. We chose APEF because it is not only focused on the elderly: we also support working people with a wide variety of services such as childcare, cleaning, ironing, DIY, and even gardening. What we really like is the relational side, taking care of others and being of service to them on a daily basis,” they testify.
APEF Chambray-lès-Tours: an optimized organization that creates jobs
To manage their two agencies, Betty and Nadège alternate their presence between Tours Center and Chambray-lès-Tours. This strategy allows them to meet growing demand while guaranteeing quality service. They plan to recruit around ten new employees in CDIthus promoting job stability.

The offer includes a wide range of services, such as administrative assistance, vehicle support or even IT assistance, in addition to traditional services. Since their launch, the two agencies have welcomed more than 800 clients and now employ 23 people. “We are 2 years ahead of our forecast budget, and this new agency is a continuation of our development,” welcomes Betty Peschet-Couté.
