RER B: traffic is interrupted on part of the line after a serious personal accident

Because of this accident, traffic was completely interrupted between Le Bourget and La Plaine-Stade de France and should resume around 9:15 a.m., according to the RATP.

“A serious personal accident took place at La Courneuve – Aubervilliers station, RER B traffic is interrupted between Le Bourget and La Plaine – Stade de France in both directions of traffic.️ RER B traffic is very disrupted on the rest of the line”, details account X of the RER B.

Firefighters were responding around 7:30 a.m. Temporary termini are therefore located at La Plaine and Le Bourget in the other direction. By the time the accident has been resolved, SNCF and RATP, which co-manage the line, invite travelers to take alternative routes, which everyone can find on the official website of the Régie des transports.

At the beginning of November, the RER B had already experienced disruptions of another order. As part of the line modernization plan, traffic was interrupted between the Parisian station of Denfert-Rochereau and that of Croix de Berny in Antony in Hauts-de-Seine., from Saturday 9 to Monday 11 November (inclusive ) on the southern branch of the RER B.
