But the best thing is that they are ahead of regions like Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, the second largest economic power in the country. Their median? €52,000. A dynamic boosted by Lille
With 45% of the region's executives concentrated in the Lille metropolis, it is no surprise to see our region shine. Lille particularly attracts digital service companies and professions of the future. But that's not all! Industry remains the champion of wages. Executives in the industrial sector reach a median of €58,000, and if you work in pharma, hold on: you can aim for €62,000.

Okay, not everything is perfect. Only 57% of executives saw their salary increase this year, which is a little below the national average (60%). But let's be honest, in a region as dynamic as ours, it's a safe bet that opportunities continue to grow.
