JUSTICE – Denounced by the friend of the owner of the boules, the accused became mad with rage during his arrest in Chambly
Tried for facts dating back to November 24, a man was sentenced to twelve months in prison for theft, insults and rebellion. According to Oise Hebdothe accused entered an Audi 4×4 in Chambly (Oise) in order to steal pétanque balls. During his arrest, he spat blood on the gendarmes who came to pick him up, before repeating his action at the hospital.
It all starts when a man steals two triplets from a vehicle. Unfortunately for him, he is seen by a friend of the owner of the car, who goes out to meet him. A fight broke out and the police were notified around midnight.
Lively search of thief's home
Uncooperative, the accused led the police to his home in order to carry out a search. The bowling games are found and the author of the thefts utters insults in Arabic, targeting the witness of the theft who denounced him: “I'm going to slit the throat of the other dirty black man.” A police officer understands his words and the situation escalates.
