The aging party hall of Merdrignac (Côtes-d’Armor) is closed to the public since September 2024, for approximately one the.

The rehabilitation site began with the stripping of walls and asbestos removal.

A one-year project

The room and its exteriors will be subject to renovation, modernization and redevelopment. The acoustics will be improved and the insulation redone to current standards.

The overall cost is 840 110 €subsidized by the departmental council, to the tune of €205,130.

The overall surface area of ​​these spaces is 2 098 m².

Security and accessibility

The emphasis is placed by elected officials on the security of spaces and their accessibility. An uncompromising choice.

“The main entrance is maintained on rue Chanoine-Le-Texier. As it is close to the road, its access will be secured by a wooden structure,” explains Michel Hesry.
