Soon a new reception area for businesses in the Pré-Bocage ?

The community of communes of Pré-Bocage Intercom (PBI) is in any case considering planning and developing the business area of Coulvain (Seulline), in Calvados, as she presented it during her last community council, in Aunay-sur-Odon (Les Monts d’Aunay), Monday November 18, 2024.

In fact, it is she who is in charge of managing the existing activity zone. Located just north of the A84 interchange, it is “now fully furnished ».

But PBI also owns two plots, for a total of a little more than 6.5 hectares, this time located south of the interchange. A space where could be “ developed an economic activity zone in view of the equipment already present ».

Studies launched for the project

This is why the councilors agreed on voting for a budget of €20,000 in order to finance studies intended to assess the feasibility of this project.

These studies will focus, among other things, on accessibility of places (the road to the plots will have to be modified, in particular to secure access for heavy goods vehicles), or even the management of the carpool areanearby.

They should take place at first quarter 2025for work to begin the following September, if they validate the operation.
