Dr Mohamed Diallo reveals the reasons for his complaint against former minister Birima Mangara

Birima Mangara was summoned this Friday to the Faidherbe gendarmerie brigade. But the former Minister of the Budget did not respond to the summons. Dr Mohamed Diallo, from the third way alternative pole coalition “Kiray yak naatangué”, who filed a complaint against him, speaks of attempted fraud, reports iGFM.

“Throughout the electoral process I had to cover the campaign costs. Mr. Mangara, head of our political party’s list, gave me two hectares of land located in Sébikhotane, divided into Tf 20374 lot 15 and lot number 16.

After verification, the land has been mortgaged to the Dakar bank since 2022 and Mr. Mangara received the sum of 210 million. I spoke with my lawyers who advised me to file a complaint with the prosecutor. I was summoned last Monday and I went to meet with my advisors.

I am suing him for breach of trust, fraud in relation to all the expenses I had to incur during the electoral campaign and the pre-campaign.
