For the first time at the head of a business

It is Paul Colletwho is relaunching the establishment with a brand new team.

A few years ago, this cook made a life choice by leaving Paris to settle in the Cotentin. He launches for the first time at the head of a business.

Paul and his team will offer you a gourmet and seasonal cuisine. The trademark? Offer traditional dishes “like we no longer have time to make at home”.

The atmosphere of the room is warm with its stone and fireplace.

A slate renewed daily will be presented to you following the arrival of the producers.
