Who does not know the Ferme des Mielles in Portbail (Manche)? THE restaurant will reopen its doors on 1is December 2024 to the delight of gourmands.


For the first time at the head of a business

It is Paul Colletwho is relaunching the establishment with a brand new team.

A few years ago, this cook made a life choice by leaving to settle in the Cotentin. He launches for the first time at the head of a business.

Paul and his team will offer you a gourmet and seasonal cuisine. The trademark? Offer traditional dishes “like we no longer have time to make at home”.

The atmosphere of the room is warm with its stone and fireplace.
