She had gotten out of control. Tuesday November 26, 2024, a 34-year-old woman was arrested by police officers from the Laval police station (Mayenne), not without difficulty. Officers first responded that day around 8:20 p.m. because they were called to a fight.
Two women are fighting on rue du Général-de-Gaulle, in the heart of downtown Laval. They stop the fight but when they try to take the identity of one of the two women, she insults them. She is drunk.
Five police officers file a complaint
She rebels, forcing the police to subdue her. She also threatens with death those who take her to see a doctor to find out if her state of health is compatible with a police custody measure. She is first placed in a sobering up cell before being heard.

When she has to explain herself to the police, she says she has confused memories, because of the alcohol. But she recognizes the facts. If the woman victim of the violence did not wish to initiate proceedings, five agents filed a complaint.
Thursday, November 28, she was presented before the Laval court where the prosecution decided to have her tried in court upon prior recognition of guilt. She is sentenced to six months in prison, to be served under electronic monitoring. She must also pay a fine of €200.
