Faithful to its desire to promote theater in all its forms, the Fées et Gestes company is preparing a major project: to celebrate its 20th anniversary, in 2026, it is putting on the musical “Chicago”, which will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the theater in the same year. its creation and its 30 years of uninterrupted success.
This show, produced by the “Un brin de Sens” association and bringing together amateurs and professionals on stage, will be accompanied by an orchestra. It will see the light of day at the end of the courses which will open in Tarascon-sur-Ariège in September 2025.
Two preparation courses
To involve all those who love musicals or are curious to discover this universe in this project, a first singing, dance and comedy course is offered on December 7 and 8. It will be hosted by Anaïs Marin and Esther Candaës. The second is already scheduled for February 8 and 9, 2025, and will focus on the flagship title “All that jazz”.
These 2 courses do not commit you to following the courses in 2025 or participating in the show. They are open to everyone provided they have a minimum level of physical fitness. Each part will begin with warm-ups to discover your breathing and voice before moving on to exploration and games, learning solos, choruses, choreography and characters. The opportunity to experiment with a unique style, without worrying, and to discover in yourself, perhaps, a new Fred Astaire, or a new Gene Kelly.
