The Menéthon brings together the historic municipalities of Plessala, Longest, Plouguenast et Gausson. He's back in this end of year 2024.

Menéthon is an institution that improves and adapts over time and has already collected €450,000 over the last 30 years.

November 29 and 30 and December 7 and 8

It is thanks to the dynamism of the founders that this operation persists. The credit goes to all the volunteers, four of whom are particularly dedicated: Geneviève Penhard, Marie-Ange Marquer, Pierre Duros et Gérard Beurel.

This quartet of septuagenarians reiterates its intention to hand over and find other younger leaders to continue this solidarity work.

The Menethon will begin on Friday November 29, 2024 has Plessala with a snack at La Perrière, followed by Saturday 30with grills, boules competitions, belote and a hike in La Hautière.

The Saturday December 7 has Gausson : youth belote and tartiflette competition. HAS Saint Gouénohunters' trails, motorcycle outings, mountain biking and hiking.

HAS Plouguenasthorseback riding, and cycling and mountain biking on Sundays at Longest.

The quartet hopes to “fill the ballot boxes for a cause that concerns many people and serves many patients by advancing science.”
