It became a list reference. Every year for a decade, the La Liste site has shared 1000 best restaurants of the world.

“Resulting from the compilation of thousands of press publications, hundreds of guides and millions of online reviews, the List has established itself as the digital gastronomic and travel guide of practical reference to be consulted all over the world since your phone,” explain the creators, to explain the rating they give to the brands.

The top 8 restaurants, all rated 99.5, come from UNITED STATES, of Japan, of Chine or United Kingdom. We also find Guy Savoy's restaurant, at , and the Golden Wave, Saint-Tropez.

In this list, some brands come from Savoyard countries.

Six restaurants affected

Here is the list of restaurants, shared by our colleagues at Le Messager:

  • The Père Bis inne: Located in Talloires, on the banks of Lake , the Père Bise inn is the establishment of Jean Sulpice and his wife. Hotel, spa and above all gourmet restaurant rated at 97.5.
  • Salt Flakes : Located in Megève, the restaurant, rated 97.5, is the brainchild of Emmanuel Renaut. It has three stars in the Michelin guide.
  • The 1947 : Rated at 96.5 is the restaurant of chef Yannick Alleno. It is located in Courchevel.
  • Le Clos des : “In this beautiful residence in the heights of Annecy, chef Franck Derouet and his partner Thomas Lorival cultivate a culinary universe focused on plants and lakes, with an obvious locavore philosophy: all the ingredients come from the vegetable garden or from producers located less than 100 km,” details the Michelin guide.
  • The Table by Yoann Conte: Located in Veyrier-du-Lac, the restaurant is awarded two Michelin stars and a score of 94 in the List.
  • Le Chabichou by Stéphane Buron: Located in Courchevel, the latter obtains a score of 93.5. “Through this daily quest, the two-star Chef finds the quintessence of the product; he reveals, then magnifies the original flavors through refined recipes,” explains the chef on his site.

In addition to these restaurants, which are the best rated, we find La Bouitte, located in Saint-Martin-de-Belleville in Savoie, but also The Montmin Inn in Talloires-Montmin, Les Morainières in Jongieux, the Benoît Vidal House – On the Woods in Annecy. Finally, there is also The Sylvesteret Le Sarkarain Courchevel.
