They refuse a bonus and demand a position

A time of negotiation which, according to Dominique Bastianellifailed in the bud despite the concessions of the staff who agreed to require only one additional day shift, to deal with the increase in calls to the regulation center, where, on Monday, they demanded two positions.

“Management offered a bonus of €116 which the agents refused. They want to do their job correctly, to provide a better public service to users. The bonus is not the subject,” specifies the secretary general of the CGT union of CH Eure-Seine Hospital Évreux.
