traffic partly interrupted on tram T12, no tram runs in seven stations

New problem on the Tram T12. This Friday, November 29, 2024, the traffic East interrupted on the line between and Épinay-sur-Orge due to the breakdown of a tram to the station Petit Vaux in the town of Épinay-sur-Orge (Essonne).

Trams run on the urban part

The incident occurred shortly before 9 a.m. this morning. The line operator, Transkeo, announces a traffic resumes at 10 a.m.

The stations of the railway section of the line, namely: Massy – Palaiseau, Massy Europe, Champlan, , Chilly-Mazarin, Gravigny Balizy and Petit Vaux are no longer served.

While waiting for a complete resumption of traffic, a partial service is set up between Épinay-sur-Orge and Évry-Courcouronnes depending on the operator.

Alternative routes exist

Travelers can go to Épinay-sur-Orge station located at 10 minutes walk from Petit Vaux, via rue de Grand Vaux and rue du Chemin Vert.

To reach Longjumeau, it is possible to take the bus line 107 (via Massy-Palaiseau or Épinay-sur-Orge). To go to Chilly-Mazarin, simply take bus line 297 (via Chemin-d').

Another possibility is to borrow the RER B which serves Gare-du-, Saint-Michel-Notre-Dame, Antony (OrlyVal for Airport, and bus 297 from/to Chemin-d'Antony) as well as the Massy-Verrières and Massy-Palaiseau stations .
