Presented by the Minister of Health and Social Protection, Amine Tahraoui, the draft decree n° 2.24.770, supplementing decree n° 2.23.690 of 1 Joumada II 1445 (December 15, 2023) taken for application of the law 60.22 relating to the Basic Compulsory Health Insurance system concerning people able to pay contributions and not exercising no salaried or non-salary activity, falls within the framework of the implementation of the provisions of article 14 bis of the aforementioned law n° 60.22, taken for execution by Dahir n° 1-23-41 of 5 Dou Al Kiada 1444 (May 25, 2023), also supplemented by Law No. 21.24 promulgated by Dahir No. 1.24 of 18 Moharam 1446 (July 24, 2024), specified the Minister Delegate in charge of Relations with Parliament, government spokesperson, Mustapha Baitas, during a press briefing following the Council.
This project also aims to supplement Decree No. 2.23.690 of 1 Joumada II 1445 taken to implement the aforementioned law 60.22, in its article 7 bis, in order to determine the modalities for verifying the membership of policyholders who meet the conditions. of subjection to the global AMO regime and the regularity of payment of contributions due to the National Social Security Fund (CNSS) in order to that they can benefit from public aid and subsidies.
