Our client Mr. Samuel SARR has just been placed under arrest warrant after several days in police custody and return from prosecution.
We would like to inform national and international opinion that no act of embezzlement or embezzlement can be attributed to it with regard to the file.
Mr. Samuel SARR is being prosecuted for the offense of misuse of company assets on erroneous grounds.
During the investigation, Mr. SARR produced a file consisting of 39 documents justifying his sound and rigorous management of the company West African Energy.
This is indisputable.
We affirm that our client is sent to prison for purely political reasons which are completely different from his management of the West African Enery (WAE) company.
It is a political order which has just been executed against Mr Samuel SARR.
The objective was to send him to prison to remove him from the management of WAE of which he is both Managing Director and shareholder. Moreover, we have learned that a new General Directorate will be set up next week at WAE level.
