“We focused on people.” For 18 months, this Manche company recruited without a CV

A specialist in refrigerated vehicles in Saint-Lô (Manche), the company Lecapitaine organized “recruitment without CV” days to respond to the growth of its activity. In eighteen months, more than 1,200 interviews resulted in twenty permanent hires.

Thursdays without a CV lasted almost eighteen months at Lecapitaine in Saint-Lô (Manche). An original experience which led to around twenty permanent hires and several dozen others on a temporary basis. “A beautiful story, original and positive, in which all the departments were invested”, notes Stéphane Marie, the general director of the company which manufactures refrigerated vehicles and employs 700 employees.
