We eat a royal couscous at the Dauphin
A Mediterranean air is blowing across Avenue Parmentier this weekend… And for good reason: the Dauphin bistro is organizing a couscous festival that will delight all the foodies in the capital. On the program: a single menu at 35€ which honors the Algerian gastronomy with bricks and mechouïa in abundance, a bon couscous familial and an orange sorbet to wash it all down. We learn how to make a good moussaka with Kalimera
At the heart of Ground Control, our gem of a third place in the 12th, discover the delicious Greek specialties by Télémaque Argyriou, eager to share the flavors of his childhood in Athens. And for those who like to get their hands dirty: Kalimera organizes one Sunday a month small group workshops guided by the chef, to learn how to prepare emblematic recipes of Greece. On the menu this Sunday? A good moussaka that we will enjoy cooking and then tasting over a carefully selected Greek wine, before heading home with a new recipe in mind.

Les Irréducibles and Communale Saint-Ouen are joining forces for the 8th edition of GoulAyance, natural wine discovery lounge. A lounge of friends and friends' wines where you can come and sip (in moderation) all weekend, with around fifty winegrowers come from the four corners of France and some even from abroad. In terms of prices, you only pay 11€ for a tasting glass – to keep all weekend – and you are free to go to each stand to taste the delicious natural vintages of our region.
