The managers first thought it was a hoax
The two traders were extremely surprised when the chain contacted them. The two traders hope that this report will show the reality of their profession, in particular the very long hours. They also see it as a way to prove that local businesses still have a future. The Proxy store in Pontarion supports five employees and two apprentices. The managers are also looking for new apprentices in pastry, as in sales.
