This magnificent box displays the Tour d'Argent logo and contains three bottles of the prestigious Cathelin Grand Cru 2018 vintage. Produced by Julien Barbier of R&L Legras, this legendary vintage comes exclusively from the “Les Crosauts” plot in Chouilly, in the heart of of the Côte des Blancs.

The grapes, from old vines planted in 1979 and 1983, were harvested in September 2018. The champagne was bottled in May 2019, then aged on lees until February 2023 and stored at 10 degrees in the darkness of the Champagne cellars. Thanks to slow fermentation and a very low dosage, it offers a perfect balance between acidity and freshness.

The wooden case which houses these treasures pays homage to Notre-Dame de Paris. On the metal lid, a finely sculpted rosette features the emblematic logo of La Tour d'Argent, evoking the stained glass windows of the cathedral, symbols of elegance and light. Once the bottles have been tasted, the box transforms into a unique tealight holder. Simply place a light source there to see the patterns light up and see reflections inspired by Parisian magic appear.
