aux Chefs, the 18th magazine has just been launched

The magazine created by starred chefs and artisans from confirms its growth on the occasion of this eighteenth publication with 16 Chefs as well as talented artisans, producers and winemakers…

Through this new publication launched at Domaine de Panéry, discover the personalities, stories, recipes which combine the characters of Gard products with the finesse of the gourmet dishes of the Club's chefs. They all share the same vision of cooking and the same ambitions: the promotion of professional know-how and interpersonal skills.

“Originally, Gard Aux Chefs was a matter of friendship which simmered for a few months…, the idea was to share a common passion, between colleagues, that of gastronomy, between us, a times a month to talk about the profession, its joys and its constraints, but not only that, explains president Serge Chenet.

Highlight the Gard heritage

Since the beginning, Gard aux Chefs has highlighted the Gard heritage and all those who bring it to life and are proud to see that the region has been able to transmit these values ​​to a new generation of artisans.

The Gard department, rich and diverse, stands out again this year in Michelin with 11 stars. A constant concern to highlight the territory with the Domaine de Panéry, represented by Jacqueline Ginon, who joins the association, to carry high the colors of gastronomy. Owner of the estate since 2017 which she has wonderfully transformed after redoing the cellars, planting olive trees, opening rooms, reorganizing the dining area and its surroundings. An estate rich in two appellations, Côtes-du-Rhône on Pouzillac and Duché d'Uzès on Capelle.

In this magazine, rediscover Diane Jardin (La Petite Cuisine) who began her gastronomic journey with MOF starred chef Jérôme Nutile. Diane Jardin recognizes “great determination and rigor” in her godfather. “It must be said, he is a big mouth but with a big heart, always sharing and caring. »

Jérôme Nutile remembers his arrival 10 years ago at Mas de Boudan which opened on December 2 with Diane Jardin in pastry. “A Chef who has a lot of character, who works a lot, who has since started her catering business, which is doing very well and I am proud of it. Concentration, organization, concern for gourmet dressing” are the qualities that Chef Nutile recognizes in Diane Jardin. The latter slips that she had to find her place in the kitchen and often take it!
