On November 28, 2024, the Ombrière concert hall in Uzès vibrated to the rhythm of the songs of Pascal Obispo, in an intimate and warm setting. Organized by France Bleu Gard Lozerethis evening brought together nearly 900 guests, offering a musical experience that was both festive and moving.
An Elegant and Warm Evening
As soon as you enter the room, the atmosphere is felt. L'Ombrière, with its modern architecture, welcomed a very enthusiastic audience of fervent fans and other spectators who were attending a Pascal Obispo concert. The relaxed and friendly atmosphere sets the tone for the evening, especially since the event was designed as a real gift for the loyal listeners of France Bleu Gard Lozère!
An intimate Musical Journey closer to Obispo
The concert was intended to be a retrospective of the artist's career. Alone at the piano or guitar, Pascal Obispo revisited his greatest hits, from “Personne” to “Lucie”, including covers of songs that he composed for others, notably “Soyons Zen” by Zazie and “You will find” which he wrote for Natasha St-Pierre.
But it wasn't just a best-of: the artist took care to surprise his audience with new interpretations, musical rearrangements of new pieces which appeared on his new album “the archipelago of aftereffects” and unpublished material which could appear on the singer's future opus planned to appear on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
At the end of more than almost two hours of concert, Pascal Obispo greets his audience one last time, to thunderous applause. His France Bleu Live was a real success, once again confirming the popularity of the artist and the love his audience has for him. The 1000 guests, who came from all over the region, left with memories engraved in their minds.
Pascal Obispo's concert in Uzès will go down in history as a highlight of the local musical programming, an evening of sharing and rare emotions, experienced in an atmosphere of proximity, faithful to the spirit of France Bleu Gard Lozere.
